Newsletter for Referral Sources, with Physicians in Mind

Network Members receive MED’s newsletter, Respiratory Review, via CD. This is a valuable, effective marketing piece that includes two versions of the newsletter. A “reader friendly” version that’s easily readable on you desktop PC or laptop along with a “print ready” version that can be produced at your local print shop and distributed to your referral sources. It includes your logo and contains timely, educational editorial and product information. Along with the Respiratory Review, you’ll receive additional Network driven content such as webinars, coding cues, trouble shooting documents and updates on current issues. An example of the type of article included in a recent issue is: Enhancing outcomes for your SDB pts by improvement in E/M coding.

Networking Opportunities

One of the greatest strengths of the National Respiratory Network is the opportunity to interact and share information with some of the best and most sophisticated providers in home respiratory care. These opportunities allow for an exchange of ideas and suggestions on clinically appropriate and cost-effective business practices.

Network membership also provides the potential to effectively communicate with key respiratory product managers from MED’s contracted vendors.

Executive Decision Maker Retreats

Select network members who demonstrate commitment to MED Contract Suppliers based on growth in purchasing volume are invited to spend 2 days networking with peers. Members who have joined in this event have proclaimed it was the best program they have ever participated in!

Task Force Participation

Members are invited to participate in National Task Force groups, where programs such as traveling oxygen, programs, relocation programs and PAP replenishment programs are developed.

Focus Group Participation

The MED Group partners with our respiratory vendors to develop protocols and programs that offer National Respiratory Network members an opportunity to participate in new product trials. Vendor-sponsored focus groups provide additional opportunities to Network Members. The MED Group utilized a “Member Driven” process in the form of Contract Advisory Teams (CATs). Member representatives, with Key Decision Making capabilities, are selected to serve on these CATs based on various factors, one of which is that they must be a Network Member. CAT meetings provide an excellent forum for Member networking among peers and in assisting in the building of a stronger product portfolio.
