Jana Gilmore

Director, MED Operations

Jana Gilmore joined The MED Group in 2008 in the Customer Support division for the company. She evolved into taking over creation and management of the MED Suppliers Network website and Competitive Bidding Institute initiatives for MED. During this time, she helped to develop and launch these MED for the company. In January 2013 she assumed the title and responsibilities of Director, MED Operations where she oversees the Customer Support Team, MED Operational functions as well as prior duties with the MED Suppliers Network and Competitive Bidding Institute.

Jana has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from West Texas A & M University. Prior to joining the MED team, Jana previously worked in the private sector for medical billing companies and accounting firms.
