Bill Elliott

President & CEO

Bill Elliott was appointed President and CEO in 2004 and was elected to the Board of Directors for MED in 2005. Elliott has over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare that includes, heading the Group Purchasing Organization effort for VHA Inc., serving as President of Bergen Brunswig Medical, leading worldwide commercialization for a bio-tech supplier, serving as CEO for a start-up e-commerce venture and ten years in the provider sector. Elliott’s experiences have spanned the supplier and provider sides of healthcare and range from “Fortune 200” to development stage enterprises in both the public and private sectors.

Elliott earned his bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Springfield and his masters in Human Development Counseling also from the University of Illinois in Springfield.
